The Old Inn in Crowforsburn is one of Ireland’s oldest hostelries whose notable guests included Messers Jonathan Swift and Charles Dickens (not at the same time of course) while higher ground to the south-east of the county is home to the highest of the Mourne Mountains (Slieve Donard).
